If you're going to have a local presence with a presentation, what's the
odds of you guys setting up a webcast for those of us at a distance?

Hi James,
I couldn't agreed more with you. I think it is a good idea to merge the
trial run with the GBJ. It is fine by me. What you guys think? we can
continue this discussion tonight in our IRC channel.

Regarding the proposed trial/practicum this weekend (07 Feb):
Would it make more sense just to combine the GBJ with the NC group's trial
run? Especially if Brad is willing to give a presentation on Launchpad and
related matters?

Regarding locations:
The CCC sounds perfect. Would any of you Triad folks be able to make a trip
to Carrboro? It's a lot closer than Raleigh. If not, what obstacles stand
in the way?

Regarding remote coordination:
We could still have at least one person in each location available via IRC
to coordinate, or (depending on the CCC's capabilities) we could conference
w/ remote participants in Asheville, Charlotte, Wilmington, etc. Or is
there a similar place for mountain and coastal plain people to congregate?

Let everybody know what you think. Let's try to have a decision finalized
no later than tomorrow (Friday) morning about this weekend's proposed trial
run.
