Likewise, Mark, I'm sorry to hear that.  Despite what everyone wants
to believe, times are still pretty tough and no one is really safe
these days.  I do hope things work out quickly for you and your life
becomes less stressful.  I've been there and know how draining it can
be :(

Also, I'll step up as well, and as a suggestion, perhaps it would be
better (if allowed) to have various things owned by different people,
thus one person doesn't have to bear all the responsibility, and
transferring ownership of items becomes a bit easier if people have to
give them up for some reason.

Anyway, just a suggestion.
