Very well put Dave IMO.

This whole thing seems to me like a long term project.
CHLUG has always taken the long term outlook. I
recommend that Ubuntu New Jersey LoCo Team do the
same. Neither of us are going to convert millions of
computer users to our better way of doing things
overnight no matter how much our message rings true.
That said, I can't blame anyone for advocating any
type of Linux, but my advice is to pace yourself.
Plant seeds when the conditions seem right. I've
learned to withhold my effort for maximum
opportunities. Sometimes no effort is even required, a
person is ready and you are there.

Dave, I'm glad to see you put it into the proper
perspective emphasizing that it's best for all of us
to pace ourselves with advocation and more importantly
to take care of ourselves and our interests while
waiting for the masses to be ready.

Jerry
