Do we need a rain date? If so, how do we notify people that the event
has been postponed?

Christina: nobody besides Bryan has responded with a zip code. I think
most, if not all, participants on this thread are from the Cherry Hill
area and nobody has publicised objections to a Cherry Hill location; so,
unless I'm missing something (and, if so, please let me know ASAP), the
location should be Cherry Hill.

Again, I'm willing to volunteer more if it doesn't get covered.

Who else is holding off to see what doesn't get covered?

If we have burgers or hot dogs, I recommend condiments (mustard, mayo,
and ketchup) and garnish (lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese). If we
don't have burgers or hot dogs, I suggest we tell Jim his rolls aren't
needed -- unless somebody likes grilled, empty, rolls (yum?). Cheap side
dishes (potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, potato chips, or a
combination thereof) are a strategic asset: without them, everyone eats
twice (or more!) as many expensive burgers.

The problem with meat and all the stuff in the list above, and I suspect
the reason nobody has volunteered to provide it yet, is we need a head
[stomach] count in order to purchase enough stuff. I suggest the
principles in this discussion commit to providing enough food for
everyone. We can figure out how to spread the costs later. Christina: as
the principle principle, what do you think?

I presume we have a grill? And appropriate combustibles to power it?
Is there a supermarket near the Cherry Hill location for last-minute
snafu purchases?

I highly suggest that the final time, address, or both only be only
provided to people who RSVP. This way we don't exclude people, they
exclude themselves.

Can and should we setup another form, like the InstallFest RSVP form, on
the website for BBQ reservations? If so, I suggest we collect the
following information:

        - Name
        - Email
        - Phone number (for sudden cancellation only)
        - Number of guests
                - adults
                - children (is the location good for children; e.x.
                            fenced in?)
        - Vegetarian?[1]

I think it is best that we continue to co-ordinate resources (food, etc.)
on the mailing list.

No, thank you! You're doing a fantastic job keeping us informed.

[1] Vegetarian food should be grilled before meat touches the grill.
    Also, we'd need vegetarian food.
