I can't tell you about problems because I haven't had any :) My
upgrade went absolutely uneventfully.

This isn't a real error; it's a security warning saying it can't find
the public key to verify the identity of the source of some packages.
I'd go ahead and override it and upgrade.

If you don't have any configurations you particularly want to save,
that should be fine.
