NYLoCo You are needed to approve the Final Bylaws for our Team

It was difficult to approve the Bylaws today at the Aug 21st meeting
with the minimal attendance. It was decided that everyone should review
the bylaws and then cast their vote at our next meeting on the Sept 4th.
Jeremy is willing to correct only grammatical and spelling mistakes that
you may find leftover in the bylaws. We want the bylaws approval to be a
team effort and for every one to cast a vote. If you simply cannot make
the meeting, Jeremy <ausimage at newyork-ubuntu.com>  is willing to take
your vote prior to the meeting. He will add your vote to the general
vote held at the meeting.
