[NYLoCo] Setting Expirations for Launch Pad Team membership

Hey team...
I brought this up today at our general irc meeting. I am looking at
putting expirations for those who applied on our Launch Pad account
http://www.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-newyork. Membership would be
automatically renewed, if they reply to the notice. This would allow us
to know those who want to stay involved and those who clicked and
forgot. This may not effect the member's ability to stay informed on
future events and activities as we could retain their email address for
important notifications.

I propose to expire everyone's LP team membership one year from their
orginal approval date. I am interested in any feedback people may have
on this. If I do not hear much discussion in the next week or so, I will
implement this.
