Congratulations Jeremy, Yosef, and Brian

Don't worry about the attendance, we're small, we're growing, attendance 
will pick up.  For every 5 new members we'll get 1 or 2 who attends 
meetings regularly, 1 or 2 who attends on occasion, and 1 to 3 that 
think meetings are not for them.  Imagine if when we have 500 members 
all of them were to show up to meeting... it would  be illegible.
