[NYLoCo] Possible NYC Gathering for Jaunty.

Ok, we have TheDukeNY interest in at least just hosting a meetup. He now
says that he is a very busy guy (ain't we all) and wants to see at least
10 (ten) interested in at least just networking. I know we have far more
then 10 members in NYC, so NYC members let me know here on the list if
we can get that many to agree to meet.
