[NYLoCo] Possible NYC Gathering for Jaunty.

Alright.  I'll ping the list again as the summer starts wrapping up and see
if there's more interest then.  Because I am the president of a relevant
on-campus club (Free Culture @ NYU) I really ought to be able to get a spot
on campus, which might be ideal for a LUG-type meeting and which can
definitely include projectors and the like.  I certainly appreciate how
thoroughly you've thought this out, though.
