I'm sure you've googled this already so perhaps this will be futile, but the
key words you are looking for are "Internet connection sharing ubuntu".  You
can find a list of results with this link: http://is.gd/5nQfP  The settings
are not specific to any setup, nor should they be, so you will have to
modify them to your desire.
