[NY State Local Community] Ubuntu 12.04 Launch Party

Hello all:

I really need to get someone to step forward and plan the Ubuntu 12.04
launch party.

I have been in contact with two folks from sig315, but as of yet have
not been able to iron out any specific details other than they are
willing to host it there. Other location options are RIT or the Barnes
and Noble @ RIT.

What I can do:

      * Put you in contact with the hosting locations contact
      * Get you resources for the party (banner, posters, etc)
      * Assist with getting presenters if desired
      * Assist with planning

I will most likely not be able to attend the actual event (at least I
can not plan on doing so) which is why I need a person to take the lead
with planning.

My hope is to have this be a fairly significant launch party since this
is an LTS version. If you are interested in organizing the event please
contact me ASAP.
