Update: Oregon Team Meeting

Hi Everyone,

We are going to have to cancel or reschedule tonights team meeting as I will
not be available to open the building.

I am very sorry for the short notice.  I tried to reschedule work but
tonights meeting is mandatory.  I've updated the Wiki to reflect this
change.
