[Ubuntu Oregon] Precise cycle bug fix count correction

Hi all,

I was doing some reading this evening, and it looks like my rough 
estimate based on a Launchpad tag search grossly underestimated the 
amount of work that went into the Precise development cycle. In the 
presentation at the Release Party, I cited ~1500 bugs. This serves as 
notification of the error and correction, as the official [1] numbers 
are action ~4700! my apologies for the error.

We hope to see you at the Debian/Ubuntu Bug Squashing Party on June 16 
so we can make Quantal even more impressive!
