New Site

The site has moved from loco.profarius.com to sdloco.profarius.com.

This will be a permanent change. The new site uses a new setup and no
longer requires users to sign up. Authentication and access privileges
are now based on launchpad memberships.

Currently, a user can go there, click login, pass through LP, and be
logged in. New users will need to enter a username and password.

My goal is to make the username/email pass back from launchpad in order
to make no user interaction required for the new user to be created.

This pretty much just means that a user that exists in the group will
have immediate and automatic access to the site as well.

There are also two new groups:
ubuntu-southdakota-editors
ubuntu-southdakota-admins
