I haven't yet put up an agenda, forgive me for that, I plan to put one 
up before the meeting however.

I know that with the release of 10.10 in 3 days, 2 meetings left before 
our self-imposed deadline of getting approved at the Nov. LoCo Council 
meeting, this is a meeting that is important to the LoCo's goals

We also have the LoCo Council Debating Logging requirements in IRC 
channels, so this is a good time to put your opinions on record, I've 
already chimed in, trying to understand the big picture. our channel is 
logged by locobot_4 & our meetings are logged by mootbot, this issue is 
of the 24/7 logging that locobot_4 does, not of meeting logging.
