My comments about the survey.

It should ask what your primary operating system is, if it's not
Ubuntu. Some of us do run Linux as our primary, just not Ubuntu.

Should have a question about things we'd be willing to present on.

Should have a "Thanks for filling out the survey." page after clicking
on submit.

These comments are probably worth what you paid for them. :)
