UBUNTU: Permission to use the Seal

Also, I see that you say "private entity."  I think we are public, but
we probably need to file some paperwork to make it official, eh?  Can
you direct us to someone who can help us with that?  My first guess
would be that we should form a nonprofit, but I do not know if that
would be a non-private entity.
