The instructions I sent are GUI as well.  The only command line stuff is if
it doesn't prompt you for some reason or you want to mount the iso.

All you do is put in the Alternate CD and press upgrade.*  Way easier IMO
than using the LiveCD.  I've done it before.  Super easy.

But, considering you already have a 9.04 LiveCD...
