I have installed Scribus 1.4 in 12.04 LTS on 2 of my computers. On one, the Help Text appears in the Help Ballons when I hold my cursor over an icon. On the second install, the Help Ballon appears but no text appears. At first I thought it might be a Scribus issue, but now I am leaning more to an ubuntu setting issue. Anyone have any ideas?
