[ubuntu-us] Migration to WordPress and redesign of ubuntu-us.org

Hey folks,

We're going to be moving from Drupal to Wordpress for our website for
a variety of reasons discussed these past couple months in #ubuntu-us.

I've got a test instance running here: http://us.rainwreck.com/

I'll be handling all the back end administration, including importing
all the entries and supporting the old drupal links and everything,
but I am useless with design and I need someone else to step up here.

The design will need to have similar elements to the current
ubuntu-us.org site, including links to resources and feed snippits as
well as the intro text put somewhere and a general news format since
it's a news site.

So, what we need:

1. New design, delivered as SVG
2. New design converted into a WordPress theme

1&2 could be combined if an existing wordpress theme exists which
looks good with some tweaks.

I can probably tackle #2 if absolutely required, but it would be
really nice if a better webdev could do this :)
