Is it time to try and organize an effort like the BSD folks recently
did to get open source drivers for the Wireless cards?

If not, is it time to start considering offering bounties for folks
willing to write open codecs that are capable of supporting the decode
of these items? I believe reverse engineering is still protected...

If this has all been discussed before and I missed it, I apologize in
advance :-)
