We're using MediaWiki on wiki.mozilla.org right now.  The main thing I 
don't like about it is it has severe limitations on the types of files 
you can upload as attachments (i.e. you're basically limited to image 
files - and no matter how much you tweak the allowed filetypes list, it 
chokes on HTML uploads).  Other than that, I agree, it's fantastic.
