Default umask setting

No, I use sudo. I was thinking maybe the above got executed by whatever
process starts up gdm and thus sets it for my session, but obviously
not.

Oh, I'm sure I can fix it for just my account, but I was looking for a
system wide solution for when I add other users to the system. The
default of 022 seems a bit crazy to me.
