Either the apache2 documentation is wrong, or the Ubuntu(/Debian?) way
of packaging apache2 renames the programs without uppdating the HTML
documentation? The reason might be that some users want to run both
Apache version 1 and 2 at the same time, so the need for distinct
names is reasonable.

Note too, that the apache2 daemon is called apache2 on Ubuntu, but
httpd on Red Hat (8 at least) and in the apache2 HTML doc. The man
pages follows the Ubuntu way, but then again, you will not find the
man pages if you don't know the program name, unless a bit of
apropos(1)-ing is done beforehand.
