Cron job every few minutes ??

Okay, thank you to everyone, I think it works now...

I created a job with this line:

10,11,12 00-01 * * * /bin/echo > /home/vincent/essai.txt

and the file was created as expected on 00:10, then modified a minute
later, then re-modified again one minute later ! :o)

So it works.
