Kickstart? FAI? Creation Of images for mass roll out?

I want to use Ubuntu for a beta Project,  I would be creating an "image" 
via Ghost or the like tool. and then deploying it with as little post 
config as possible. some of the ppl who will be deploy it are not linux ppl.

so i need it very easy to deploy.,

Hard Drives may not be the same size, but all with be either PII or PIII 
maybe some PIV's



any Ideas?
