Syncing palm and evolution

Hi,

Palm syncing is rather troublesome in Ubuntu. A quick round-up of my
problems.

- (files as bug) Doing "copy from pilot" first, then "synchronise" results
in duplicated entries. After that, syncing works nearly properly.
- Duplicate entries (except repeating calendar events) can be removed with
  pilot-undupe.
- No /dev/pilot, and depending on what is connected to USB the palm is
sometimes /dev/ttyUSB0, sometimes /dev/ttyUSB2. This really should be
fixed with an appropriate udev rule.
- The calendar doesn't sync properly. Newly added events in Evolution
  don't appear in my palm.
