AMD64 and ATI driver

I can't speak for ATI, sorry -- they'd have to make the driver run on
AMD64 first.  But with the 60Hz thing, try editing /etc/X11/XF86Config-4
(or /etc/X11/xorg.conf if you're on hoary and have upgraded in the last
couple of hours) and removing the HorizSync and VertRefresh lines.
