How-tos should be in one central place

Hello,
I noticed that there were howtos for Ubuntu at:
https://www.ubuntulinux.org/support/documentation/howto/howtofolder_view
However, the vast majority of the howtos are located at:
https://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/HowTo

Could the howtos in the first site (or at least the non-installation 
related ones) be merged
into the latter site?  This would make the organization cleaner.
