Locale not supported by C library

Hi,
When I try to execute gdesklet or some aplication like apt the system
give me this message:

(process:7752): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' locale.

(gDesklets:7752): GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session
manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols
specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.
gDesklets 0.26.2

I write the error in google but I didn't find any answer that works.
