Hidden files

Now I get it - and it's brilliant! A real problem: unwanted files and
directories (sorry, I said folders in my previos message, krhm...)
visible in my own directory. A solution: make Nautilus not to show them
without making any changes to these objects themselves! (I'm not sure if
this was english). Could this be added to the context-menu? Properties?
"Hide this file", "Invisibleaise" - sorry for the last one, didn't sleep
much last night :/
