I already posted a question about merchandise in the wiki, but I still 
had no answers. So I copy/paste what I posted :

"Me and my girlfriend (wich is a professional artist) would like to 
paint and sell at reasonable price a small amount of Ubuntu's T-Shirt, 
Shirt, Sweat Shirt (and everything else, on request). No industrial 
production is possible as this clothes will be hand-painted, and 
personalized if requested. For every stuff sold, we will donate back 
money to Ubuntu's project. The question is : are we allowed to use 
Ubuntu name and logo for this ? Where can we ask ?"

Any suggestion (no flame if possible ;) ) would be appreciated
