this is for the software on ssh.com,,,

these are cfgs items..

its not a problem because you have to make the effort to turn
off the encryption cipher on purpose.

IT IS encrypted OUT-OF-THE-BOX.

has nothing to do with what version it is.

of course, it a feature...its supposed to be.
it allows granular non root access to the user account only without
auto re-connects,,,what else do you want ?

openssh encrypts ALL traffic...

Perhaps this is a SSH1 problem only.

I think this is a feature.  You can use SSH on servers where you do not 
trust the security by trusting the OpenSSH.org server and key.
