Num lock setting on startup.

Hi,

I'd like to be able to set Num Lock to be automatically on when starting
a Gnome session from Ubuntu.  The default is off, which isn't so good
for entering numeric data into spreadsheets.  I always start data entry
by accidentally moving round the spreadsheet...

I can't find this under keyboard settings in Gnome;  does anyone know
where the setting is done?
