Hoary. k3b won't install 100%-smoothly

I am using only standard repositories for Hoary.

k3b won't install 100% smoothly. I will have to test it more.

But there were errors in installation. Synaptic downloads all packages 
but reports failure on kcontrol - kcontrol_4%3a3.2.2-1ubuntu2_i386.deb - 
saying it's trying to "overwrite /usr/bin/fileshareset, which is also  
in package kdelibs-bin"
