installing mono/monodevelop

Is there any proper way to install $Subject?

http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/MonoDevelopmentHowto is not my friend!

apt-cache search monodevelop find nothing!
apt-cache search mono find this

no monodevelop? and mcs (from wiki page) changed the name to mono-mcs?
is that right? How can I update the wiki page if I find the right way
to install $Subject?
