i'm not matt (unfortunately, else i'd have a great job *g* and wouldn't
have to rush to work now)
but i can tell yon that first of all there is an upstream bug in the
service-admin tool, thats why it's disabled now.
and second the team wanted to keep the administator tasks away form the
user, which should get considered again regarding the amount of
questions on this task (especially services)
