Changes to front page of Wiki - Downloading/Getting Ubuntu

Changed the Downloading Ubuntu whitch pointed to the official website
to a new page GettingUbuntu.  This page has the official download page
as the first entry and also a link to SmartBootManager.  It also needs
info/links about the snapshots and live CD.  Will have a look round
but please feel free th flesh this page out.
