Old Human theme

Well, given the problems with the new Human theme, given the naked 
people and everything, and honestly prefering the simpler, cleaner, old 
Human theme, I decided to make a tarball of the old theme and keep it 
around.

The attachment (I hope it works!) has the old Human login and splash 
screen.  I might suggest that this be added to the .deb package for 
ubuntu-artwork, in addition to the theme currently installed.
