I downloaded all codecs from 
http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/ and
opened them into /usr/lib/win32
I changed the config file.
# path to Win32 codecs
# string, default: /usr/lib/win32
codec.win32_path:/usr/lib/win32 
But totem crashes in .wav files.
Does anybody can play .wavs?
