GNOME Printing Update

One of the recent Ubuntu updates added printing options for some GNOME
apps such as gedit. You can go to Paper tab in Print dialog and change
Layout to {2 pages to 1}, {4 pages to 1} and so forth. Just like KDE
kprinter options.

But question, how do I apply these options to other default Ubuntu
programs like OpenOffice.org, Mozilla Firefox, Xpdf since the printer
options are nothing like those for gedit?

Thanks
Frank
