Until recently, we weren't finished setting up the infrastructure to
process, summarize and publish the results.  Now that that's finished with,
we had planned to make an announcement to invite the user community to
enable it and participate in the survey.

The results of opt-in surveys will always be skewed; we'll just do the best
we can with the data available.
