Downloading a deb file from one of Ubuntu's repository and installing it on more than one system

Hi

How can I download a deb file and store it on my hard disk for future use? 
For example, I want to download the deb file for JDK 1.5 and install it on 
more than one system. Is this possible? Where are the deb files of the 
Ubuntu's main/restricted/... files located on the web?
