Bluefish 1.0

Hi

Is Bluefish 1.0 available in Ubuntu's repositories for Hoary? For Warty I 
could only find 0.12.

BTW - Is only one version of a software available in Ubuntu's repositories? 
I mean, a user may need to install, say, MySQL 4.0.17 on his/her system and 
another user may want to install, say, 4.0.20. Are both of these versions 
available in the repositories?
