Hoary, Acroread doesn't work... (future PDF viewers)

I just experimented with it this evening as a result of this
conversation.  Evince seems like a good candidate.  I actually installed
Acrobat 7, which is also a GTK2 program, although it's using a static
not shared GTK.

I realize it's not open source, but it is an interesting looking
application.  In fact, it's a really interesting indication of support
for "desktop linux".

It certainly doesn't fit into my desktop as nicely as evince, but it's
definitely better than xpdf in that regard.  It just takes a couple of
minutes to get it all set up.

I'm sure someone has mentioned this, but I thought I'd share.
