Any "Compellng" reason to upgrade?

Agreed.
Too bad Ubuntu team does not pay enough attention to systems with
onboard graphics. Hey, everyone has a NVidia (I do have an ATI on my PC
though), but for office && development && server purposes, any on-board
graphics should be decently supported.
(Yes, my old XE3 managed to have 'some 3D rendering' with MESA, now
it's gone under X.Org).
