suspend keyborad madness

Hello Ubuntu fans. Here's one. Does anyone know (I'm looking at you Mat 
  ;-)     ) why if I try to use suspend to RAM the keyboard goes insane 
when I, 'wake' my system?

I've got suspend enabled in etc/defaults/acpi-support, is there anything 
else I need to change in that file? I've had a look but nothing, 'jumps' 
out at me.

nVidia=No on my box, I have a 'built in' i810 chip.
