When the world of software is "dominated" by the freedom to use
software for any purpose, modify it, distribute it, make your forks
and go your own way, I think you'll find it's not so horrible a
place. Perhaps, it's a different kind of domination that's so much
like domination at all. :)
I certainly think we have different things mind when we heard that
phrase. It served as a joke and a reference to an old Linus Torvalds
quote.

Yikes!
