Okay, I have switched my sources.list to breezy, hence are technically
already testing Breezy, I assume that it will take some time for the
devs to shape the SID snapshot to a useable base for Ubuntu, on which
they can start adding their own improvements/fetures, adn start fixing
bugs. In the meantime, I guess it's 200% pointless to report bugs.
So, will there be an official announcement on this list, to tell us when
the it is actually useful to the devs that we start reporting bugs and
suggest features/improvmeents/mods etc ?
Is this what the "Array 1" would be about ? Or would it be useful to
report bugs before this point ?
Basically, I am trying to figure out how soon I can start testing
breezy, while still being helpful, that is, not reporting silly bugs
that will be irrelevant 2 hours later due to some constant changes in
the base code.
I got very late into Hoary's development, but for Breezy, I really would
like to be involved properly, and from the start.
But obviously the "user" mailing list is not suitable. Is the "dev"
list, meant exclusively for internal communications between the
developpers, or is it also the place for testers to discuss bugs with
the devs, and generally, the place for testers and devs to interact/work
together ??
